  • No, warranty covers only for hardware breakdowns. However BIOS update or drivers/patches will be provided free of cost by the customer support division, Mercantile Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Q. 9. Is there Post Warranty or Extended Service Support provided for Mercantile Personal Computer?

  • Yes, Customers who require extended service under warranty or post warranty support can sign annual maintenance contract with Customer Support Division of Mercantile Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
