Our extensive workshop enables us to offer a repair facility for all models Mercantile Personal Computer system and their associated peripherals. Standard repair takes on average 1 working day to repair.

We have a help desk area within the repair center where we can receive equipment entered into a web based repair tracking database. Customer will be given a goods receipt form with unique ID and will be informed after repair by phone or email. Alternatively customer can login into our database with valid ID and password for finding the maintenance status and history. Customers are always kept informed of projected charges prior to repair.
